Section 1

General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between corewin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the corewin website at https://corewin.net. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on the corewin platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

corewin reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and may notify registered players via email or a notice displayed within the account dashboard. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

1.1 Scope of Services

corewin provides an online gambling platform that includes, but is not limited to: sports betting markets (including cricket, football, kabaddi, swimming, and other sports), casino games (including live dealer tables, slots, and RNG games), virtual and novelty game categories (including Rooster Rumble), and associated account management services including deposits, withdrawals, and responsible gaming tools. All services are made available exclusively to eligible registered players who have accepted these Terms.

1.2 Platform Availability

corewin makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability on a 24/7 basis. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. corewin shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by platform unavailability, provided we take reasonable steps to minimise such disruptions and communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

• These Terms apply to all corewin services including sports betting, casino, live dealer, and novelty categories.
• corewin may modify any part of its service offering at any time without prior notice, subject to reasonable player communication.
• Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to access corewin services.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
• corewin's services are intended for entertainment purposes. Gambling carries financial risk — never wager more than you can afford to lose.

Section 2

Account Registration and Eligibility

To use corewin's betting and casino services, you must register a player account. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one account on the corewin platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. corewin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or pending winnings held within them.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure without refund.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain a corewin account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. corewin strictly prohibits the use of its services by anyone under 18 years old.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and organisations may not register as players.
• You must not be registered on any corewin self-exclusion list or any third-party responsible gaming exclusion register that corewin participates in.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party when placing bets or making transactions on the platform.
• You must be accessing corewin from a location where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

corewin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all registered accounts. Before any withdrawal can be processed, you will be required to submit valid identity documentation to verify your name, date of birth, and the payment method associated with your account. Acceptable identity documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification recognised in Bangladesh.

corewin reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time — including at the point of registration, at any point during your account lifecycle, or prior to processing a bonus award. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the corewin platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). corewin supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals made using another person's payment account — are strictly prohibited.

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on corewin is ৳200. There is no specified maximum deposit, though corewin reserves the right to apply transaction limits where required for security, compliance, or responsible gaming purposes. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your corewin account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take slightly longer depending on your card issuer's processing time.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 across all supported payment methods.
• Deposits are credited in BDT at the time of confirmation — no currency conversion is applied.
• corewin does not charge a fee on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Deposits made to your corewin account cannot be reversed once confirmed. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact support immediately.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on corewin are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification successfully. corewin aims to process verified withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of withdrawal requests being handled at the time.

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment accounts registered in the player's own name.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released.
• corewin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if the player's account is under investigation for breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

Section 4

Bonuses and Promotions

corewin offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual offer-specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer when it is made available. The general bonus principles set out in this section apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded to your corewin account are subject to wagering requirements — a specified multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer terms) that must be met through real-money gameplay before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's terms. Players are advised to read individual promotion terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and are typically used first, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer games, certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — check individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unmet wagering requirement or unused bonus funds after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

• corewin reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed in accordance with the original terms.

4.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud Prevention

corewin actively monitors bonus activity across all player accounts. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, placing low-risk or hedged bets purely to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting errors or technical vulnerabilities in the bonus system — will have their bonus funds voided and any winnings derived from such activity forfeited. Repeat offenders may face permanent account closure.

Section 5

Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

corewin's sports betting markets and casino games are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider or, in the case of sports markets, the rules published by corewin's sports betting desk. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules applicable to any game or betting market before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a player to a refund of lost stakes.

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on corewin are subject to the official rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules published at the time of placing the bet. corewin reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an incorrect price due to a manifest error, system malfunction, or data feed fault. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account without interest. Live (in-play) betting markets are suspended at key moments of play — such as wickets in cricket or goals in football — and bets placed during suspension periods will be voided.

5.2 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games available on corewin — including slots, table games, and live dealer games — are sourced from certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

• Players accept the rules of each game as set by the game provider when they launch and participate in that game.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the outcome of the round in progress is determined by the game server — the result stands regardless of the disconnection.
• corewin is not responsible for losses incurred due to player hardware failures, internet connection issues, or software incompatibilities on the player's device.
• Any suspected malfunction of a game or betting market must be reported to support immediately. Continued play on a suspected malfunctioning game constitutes acceptance of outcomes.
• Collusion between players in any game — including, but not limited to, live poker or live dealer games — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action.

Section 6

Account Suspension and Closure

corewin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is at risk of occurring. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or identity falsification, corewin may suspend the account immediately while an investigation is conducted. During a suspension period, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals until the investigation is resolved.

6.1 Grounds for Account Action

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Operating multiple accounts in breach of the one-account-per-player rule.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent gameplay.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use corewin for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing corewin staff or other platform users.
• Using the corewin platform in a way that constitutes a violation of applicable law.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their corewin account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. Pending bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Voluntary closure requests are generally processed within 5 business days of receipt.

6.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are strongly encouraged to use corewin's dedicated responsible gaming tools available within the account settings dashboard. Alternatively, they may contact support to activate self-exclusion. Self-exclusion closures are permanent or time-limited depending on the player's preference and are processed as a priority. Section 7

Age Restriction and Verification

corewin operates a strict minimum age policy. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, participate in any casino game, or receive any bonus or promotional reward on the corewin platform. This policy is non-negotiable and is enforced at every stage of the player lifecycle — from registration through to withdrawal.

corewin uses a combination of self-declaration at registration, automated age-screening processes, and manual KYC document verification to ensure compliance with the 18+ requirement. Where any doubt exists regarding a player's age, corewin will suspend the account and request documentary proof of age before allowing any activity to resume. If it is established that a player is, or was, under 18 at the time of account creation or any subsequent transaction, corewin will:

• Immediately and permanently close the underage account.
• Void all bets, wagers, and casino game outcomes recorded on the account.
• Forfeit any winnings, bonuses, or promotional rewards credited to the account.
• Return deposits made to the account to the source payment method where technically possible, less any real-money losses already incurred.
• Report the incident in accordance with any applicable legal requirements.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, corewin's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. corewin shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

8.1 No Warranty

The corewin platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. corewin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. corewin does not warrant that any specific game will produce a particular outcome or return to any individual player in any session.

8.2 Player Responsibility

Gambling is a recreational activity that carries inherent financial risk. By using the corewin platform, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of gambling, that the odds in casino and betting products are designed to generate revenue for the operator over the long run, and that past performance does not predict future outcomes. corewin strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly, to set and maintain personal deposit and spending limits, and to seek help promptly if gambling begins to cause financial, emotional, or personal harm.

• corewin is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform — all bets are placed voluntarily at the player's own risk.
• corewin is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings in their jurisdiction.
• These Terms do not affect any statutory rights that players may have under applicable Bangladesh consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.
